Loredana Simionov is a Researcher, PhD at the Centre for European Studies within Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi. She has a PhD in Economics and International Affairs, having as main research interests the post-Soviet space, particularly Russian politics and society, EU-Russia relations and the EU Eastern Neighborhood Policy (ENP). Furthermore, she has been involved in over 10 national and international research projects, both as team member and coordinator. The latest research project she coordinated hwas conducted at Russian State Economics University “Plekhanov” in Moscow and consisted of 23 interviews with Russian experts regarding Russia’s political and social.
